03 · Build

Nobody reads your website. They scan it for three things, then decide.

Do you do what I need? Can I trust you? Can I reach you, or buy, right now? A site that hides those behind a hero carousel loses to a competitor with worse work and a clearer page. We build the clear page, the store and the booking flow behind it, on the platform that fits, not the one we happen to prefer.

What is in it

  • Business websites

  • E-commerce stores

  • Shopify development

  • Custom storefronts

  • Product catalogs

  • Online ordering

  • Subscription systems

  • Booking websites

  • SEO-friendly websites

  • Landing pages

  • Customer portals

Which platform?

Shopify, Wix or Squarespace, or custom. Here is how we decide.

The platform is not the product. The right one is the one your team can still run in a year without us, that does the thing your customers came to do, on a phone, in three taps.

Shopify

Shopify

For anything that sells physical products.

Pick this when

  • You ship, or customers pick up, something with a price and a stock count.

  • You want subscriptions, local pickup or a wholesale channel on the same catalog.

  • Orders need to land in QuickBooks and inventory without anyone retyping them.

  • Your team will add products and run promotions themselves, without calling us.

Skip it when

The site is mostly a brochure with a contact form. Shopify’s monthly fee buys nothing there.

Wix or Squarespace

Wix

Squarespace

When you want to edit it yourself and the site is mostly a brochure.

Pick this when

  • Five to twelve pages: who you are, what you do, where, and how to reach you.

  • Someone on your team will change hours, prices and photos without a developer.

  • Bookings, forms and payments are simple enough to run on a built-in block.

  • You would rather pay the builder’s monthly fee than own a hosting account.

Skip it when

The moment you need custom logic, a customer login, or real speed on a phone. We have moved a lot of sites off these for exactly that.

Custom

Cloudflare

GitHub

Postgres

When the booking, catalog or pricing logic does not fit a template.

Pick this when

  • Booking with real constraints: crews, zones, deposits, per-location stock.

  • A customer portal, a login, or pricing that depends on who is asking.

  • Load time on a weak phone signal is a conversion feature and the template cannot get there.

  • You want the code, the domain and the hosting account in your own name.

Skip it when

You are not sure people will buy the thing yet. Prove it on a template first; the custom build can wait a year.

Sometimes the answer is “keep what you have and fix the intake”. We say that too, even though the rebuild is the bigger invoice.

Online ordering for a bakery with two locations

Shopify, pickup by location, a subscription for the weekly bread box.

  1. 1

    Catalog with per-location stock

  2. 2

    Pickup and delivery-radius rules

  3. 3

    Subscription products

  4. 4

    QuickBooks sync for the accountant

What we ship

The same page, every time: one action pinned, proof above the fold.

A stranger on one bar of signal should get from landing to booked, ordered or on the phone in three taps. Everything else on the page is there to earn that tap.
