Terms of service

The short version of how we work together. The long version is whatever we both sign.

Last updated September 2026.

What these terms cover

These terms cover this website: reading it, submitting a form, building a package, asking for a quote. Actual work for actual clients runs on a signed agreement between you and Balsam Solutions LLC, and where the two disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Prices and estimates

The prices on this site are real prices, not bait. The package builder adds them up honestly and the number it gives you is the number we quote.

It is still an estimate. It assumes the work is what the description says it is. If your situation turns out to be bigger than the form could know, we tell you before we start, not after — and you are free to walk away at that point.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and submitting a package does not start any work.

Plans and cancelling

Managed plans are month to month. Thirty days written notice ends one, from either side, without a penalty or an exit interview.

Project work is quoted and invoiced separately from a plan.

Who owns what

You own what we build for you: the site, the code, the automations, the accounts, the domain, the data. On day one, not at the end. If you leave, you leave with it.

We keep the general know-how and the internal tooling we brought with us. We do not keep your work hostage, and we do not resell it.

What we need from you

Accurate information, access to the accounts the work touches, and the right to use whatever you hand us — logos, photos, copy, customer lists. If you do not have that right, do not send it.

Do not use this site to break into anything, scrape it, or send us other people’s data without their say-so.

Availability

The answering desk is staffed around the clock. This website is not a life-support system: it can be down for maintenance, and Cloudflare can have a bad day.

Service levels that actually bind us live in the signed agreement, not here.

Liability, briefly

The site is provided as it is. We are not liable for what you do with information you read here, and our liability for the work itself is whatever the signed agreement says it is.

This section is exactly the kind of thing a lawyer should rewrite before launch.

Where disputes go

Texas law, Texas courts. We would much rather you called us first.
